Zoe is a Provisional Psychologist and Masters student in the final year of the Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology program at Monash University. Zoe has more than six years of experience in disability and mental health support work roles, working with children, adolescents, and adults. For the last two years, Zoe has been a Recovery Worker in public mental health, supporting adolescents and adults in their mental health recovery journeys. She has worked closely with LGBTQIA+, First Nations, and neurodiverse populations.

Zoe draws on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Zoe believes that everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable when seeking support, and is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to reach their goals.

In her spare time, Zoe loves to play and watch sport, swim at the beach, make and enjoy good food, knit, and read.
