Christine is a warm and experienced Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working as a Psychologist in a range of settings including education, private practice and government sectors. Christine is a passionate psychologist who has worked with children, adolescents and adults with a range of presenting concerns and individual differences such as anxiety and mood disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, interpersonal, learning and behavioural difficulties, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, and parenting support.

Christine offers a safe and trusting therapeutic space that is non-judgmental and client-centred. Christine utilises evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. She ensures that her interventions are tailored to each individual and empowers her clients to develop resilience, emotion regulation and coping skills, and a positive self-image.

In addition to her work at Raise the Bar Psychology, Christine continues to work as a school psychologist in primary and secondary schools. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her kids play sports, participating in Pilates sessions, and travelling.
