Raise the Bar Clinic is a private educational and developmental group practice. We have extensive experience and expertise in comprehensive assessment and support for developmental and learning differences in children, adolescents, and adults.
Our clinic has been specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with neurodevelopmental and learning differences.
Our History
Raise the Bar Clinic was founded in 2013 and is jointly owned and led by Dr Kate Jacobs and Dr Hayley Anthony. Since then, it has become one of Victoria’s largest and most respected group practices promoting positive developmental and learning outcomes for children, adolescents and adults.
Our Vision, Values and Purpose
We are a private group clinic with expertise in educational and neurodevelopmental assessment and support. Our clinic has been specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals with neurodevelopmental and learning differences.
We respect and value neurodiversity and believe that best outcomes are achieved when the environment understands and caters for individual strengths and challenges. This is why our approach is to work collaboratively with individuals, families, schools, tertiary institutions and workplaces in order to recommend targeted strategies and practical adjustments and support.
Our vision is to create a centre of excellence in neurodevelopmental assessment; to support clients as they embark on those first important steps post assessment; and to provide collaborative continuity of care across the lifespan.
