Hayley Anthony is an experienced Educational and Developmental Psychologist, Supervisor and Director at Raise the Bar Psychology. Hayley works primarily with young people aged 2 to 18 years presenting with a range of anxiety, mood, behavioural and social issues. She has a special interest in the assessment of developmental delays, autism, ADHD and learning disorders.

Hayley’s therapeutic approach draws from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction and compassion focussed therapy. Her assessments are neuro-affirming and lead to practical, strength-based recommendations. Hayley also provides support for parents. She is trained in Circle of Security and draws from the work of Ross Greene, Dan Siegal and Mona Delahooke. Hayley’s approach is to work collaboratively with parents to support child anxiety, lessen challenging behaviours and promote confidence, emotion regulation and strong parent-child relationships.

When not at work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her young family, taking her dog Indie for walks and being outdoors wherever possible.

Hayley’s clinic days are Monday and Tuesday
