Before commencing at Raise the Bar Psychology at the start of 2023, Lydia Chisholm worked in education for over 20 years’ and has extensive experience as a primary and secondary teacher, Head of Year, Deputy Head of Section and Head of Learning Enhancement.
Lydia has experience in developing strategies to complement a workplaces’ vision, and skills in developing cohesive and collaborative teams. In the school environment, Lydia oversaw the administration of assessment testing, reviewed programs, and developed systems and procedures. Moving from the school setting to Raise the Bar has been a rewarding experience for Lydia and has allowed her to work with children and families in an inclusive and supportive environment.
