Renaldo Wongso completed the Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at the University of Melbourne. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across both clinical and school settings, providing counselling, intervention, and assessment services. Renaldo primarily uses techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to address a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, and trauma. He also conducts comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify ADHD, autism, giftedness, intellectual disability, and specific learning disorders, such as dyslexia.
Renaldo is passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, tailoring his approach to include neurodiversity-affirming language and practices that emphasises their interests and strengths. He strives to create an environment in which his clients feel safe, understood, and validated.
