Raise the Bar Clinic works collaboratively with schools to provide on-site assessment services and ongoing post-assessment consultation as required. These collaborative discussions allow for the sharing of insights, assessment outcomes, and classroom ready recommendations outlined in the assessment report. Working together, we can create a supportive and nurturing environment for your child’s ongoing development and general well-being.

We discuss the implementation of recommended supports and educational adjustments, ensuring a strengths-based, neuro-affirming, trauma informed and student-centred approach to each student’s needs.

- practical and classrooom ready
- directly linked to the Disability Inclusion Profile and NCCD funding requirements
- Easily transferrable to Individual Education Plan’s (IEP’s)

Raise the Bar Clinic provides ongoing consultation to assist parents, care givers and schools in making informed decisions about program continuation, identifying the best schooling options, and reviewing and adapting recommendations in preparation for important transitions such as starting primary, secondary or tertiary education.
